Is established in 2005, it renders efficient orthopedic, physiotherapy & management function to address the needs of PwDs. It operates autonomously through different strategies by collaborating with regional government, service providers, development partners and the public at large. It launched an outreach mobile program in eight locations in the SNNPR. Alternatively, it also implements a CBR component in Hawassa and five other rural towns.
