Aspire to be an African hub of excellence in comprehensive rights based disability rehabilitation.
Objective
To contribute towards the attainment of socio-economic development targets of the country by enabling PwDs to equally participate as an integral member of the society.
Mission
To realize disability inclusive society through rights-based affordable and standard rehabilitation services as well as
empowerment of persons with disabilities and communities with health, educational, economic, social, and over all empowerment interventions
