The team, comprising the Sheger City Health Office’s management, team leaders, sub-city health office, and health center directors, led by the head of the city’s health office, Ato Abera Botore, visited the rehabilitation center. The purpose of the visit was to observe the center’s activities and sign a memorandum of understanding.
Upon arrival, the MRC team welcomed them and briefly explained the activities that Cheshire Ethiopia is involved in, particularly focusing on what MRC does. Following a briefing session, the team started visiting all service units and provided constructive feedback.
Finally, the health office signed a MoU with Cheshire Ethiopia Menagesha Rehabilitation Center to collaborate on rehabilitation and eye care services.
